How We Work As A Destination Wedding Photography Collective

Pre-production is where your story takes shape. Through private consultations, curated moodboards and close collaboration with your planners, we define a clear visual language, shot flow, and palette for the day.

Our team, guided by an on-site creative director, captures it with an editorial sensibility—balancing ease, intention and narrative in every frame.

In post-production, our international editors refine it into narrative- driven films and imagery through a meticulous, multi-stage process.

When should we book our wedding photography-videography team?

We would advise booking your team 12 months in advance. Full-scale production teams tend to book out in 8-12 months for certain dates.

how do you prepare for backups?

We have multiple storage options and keep an immediate backup with another on a separate device to ensure all unedited versions are always accessible to us.

Do you travel for weddings? How does the global team work?

Q: What is In The Fable Cameraworks signature wedding photography style?

Our style is a blend of documentary with editorial leaning visuals – allowing us to capture you day as it unfolds whilst ensuring magazine style visuals can come to life.

Q: When do we receive the photos, videos and other deliverables?

You will get the visuals delivered as per our standard timings. For film, it can take up to 8 weeks to ensure careful pre-production standards are met. Further, sneak peek visuals and short trailers and teasers have a quicker delivery time.

Q: What are your wedding photography payment terms and cancellation policy?

A: We take an initial 25% booking upon confirmation, that is non-refundable upon cancellation from the clients’ end. The remaining amount is due 2 weeks before the wedding. If the full amount is not received before a wedding, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
